Can I mix visit lengths in the same day?
Yes. You can mix and match any combination of visit lengths throughout the day. For example, a 20-minute mid-day potty break and a 45-minute evening walk is a common setup for working dog owners.
What happens if I need to cancel?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled visit may be charged at the standard rate. We understand emergencies happen and handle those situations on a case-by-case basis.
Do holiday rates apply to Almost Overnight too?
Yes. The 50% holiday premium applies to all services including Almost Overnight. If your visit spans a holiday date, the premium applies to that visit.
Is the Meet and Greet really free with no obligation?
Yes, completely free and no obligation. We come to your home, meet you and your pets, and answer any questions you have. If we're not the right fit for any reason, there is no charge and no pressure.
How do I pay for services?
All payments are processed securely through the Time to Pet app. You'll receive an invoice after each service period and can pay by credit or debit card. We do not accept cash.
