Who covers visits when my regular sitter is out?
We're a team, not a single sitter. Your care team is consistent and trained, and any backup sitter already knows your pet's care plan through Time to Pet before they arrive. You'll always know who's coming and see a photo report after every visit.
Are your sitters all local to the Ogden area?
Yes. Every team member is a W-2 employee who lives in and around Ogden. We're not a national franchise or a gig app — we're a local team serving the same neighborhoods we live in.
